Do you take custom orders?
Aya Donna does accept limited custom orders.

I would like an item I saw on one of your social media pages but I don't see it listed in your store. How can I purchase it?

Due to the uniqueness of the garments, and limited fabrics, many items sell very quickly. Not all items make it to the Etsy store but are usually posted to social media. If you find an item posted to an Aya Donna site please contact us and we can let you know if that item is still available. If it is no longer available we will let you know if it is an item that can be recreated for you in a different fabric.

Can you make something from a picture I found online?
We respect the work of other designers and ask that you contact that designer directly if you are looking for an exact item.
Aya Donna knows and values the time and skill it takes to create works of all types. We strive to not replicate, detract from, or devalue the work of other artists. 

Can you make something from fabric that I already have?

At this time we are unable to accept requests using personal fabric.

How long does it take to get something made?
Production times vary. All items are handmade and can take time to create. If you need an item by a specific date please let us know so that we can better assist and advise. We do ask that you give as much time as possible. Rushed production may have additional fees. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on the order. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. International shipping is available and the buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes and fees. We cannot take responsibility for delays in national or international shipping. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
Aya Donna accepts all major credit cards, cash, money orders, PayPal, and CashApp. We do not accept personal checks or Zelle payments. 

Do you accept exchanges or returns?
All custom orders are final sale unless there are issues with size or fit. We will work to correct the issue or exchange it for a similar item. Etsy store and inventory items can be exchanged with 24 hours of purchase or delivery. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, or damaged in any way. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
